GRANTS AND SCHOLARSHIPS
Top 15 students from public elementary schools entering Junior High School as Grade 7 students are entitled to a 50% subsidy on tuition and miscellaneous fees. To continue this benefit until the very last level of Junior High School, scholarship recipients must maintain a general average of 85% and a conduct grade of B or higher. In case this is not met, they will not be entitled to this subsidy.
Public school Grade 10 completers and holders of government vouchers are qualified for the minimal top up program of SSA as they enter Grade 11 provided that their general weighted average is 88% and their conduct grade is not lower than B.
Rank 1 graduates from private schools are entitled to a 100% subsidy on tuition fees upon entering Junior High School as Grade 7 students. To continue to enjoy this benefit, they will need to maintain their Rank 1 status in succeeding school years.
Rank 2 graduates from private schools are entitled to a 50% subsidy on tuition fees upon entering Junior High School as Grade 7 students. To continue to enjoy this benefit, they will need to maintain their Rank 2 status in succeeding school years.

Learners who completed grade 10 in a DepEd Public School as well as those from private schools who are Education Service Contracting (ESC) grantees are qualified for the Senior High School Voucher Program. Applications should be submitted online via the Online Voucher Application Portal (OVAP) at https://ovap.peac.org.ph.
