A master's degree holder from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom, she taught in the preschool and lower grades for several years as well as wrote numerous textbooks for young learners. She serves SSA as its School Director. Currently, she is also a board member of the Philippine Red Cross.

After completing her tertiary program at the Ateneo de Manila University, graduating with honors, she pursued her Master’s Program in Business Administration at the Woodbury University in California, and received an academic distinction. She has been heading SSA as its Finance Director for several years.
