Although the SSA Alumni have held gatherings and activities since the school year 2001 under the leadership of Sherelle Robes-Ignacio of Batch 1992, the School of Saint Anthony Central Alumni Organization (SSA-CAO) was formally organized in 2010. It envisions a solid community wherein members collectively mobilize their ideas, talents, and resources toward extending support to fellow SSA Alumni, the SSA community, and those in need. Ms. Sherelle Robes-Ignacio was the Alumni President until 2020. In 2020, Mr. Emmark Dela Cruz of Batch 1996 assumed the post of Alumni President and held the position until early 2024. Atty Rochelle Castro of Batch 1997 replaced Mr. Dela Cruz and is the current president of the SSA-CAO.
