ADMISSION PROCEDURE
1. Accomplish the personal data form.
2.Expect an email from the Admissions Team and settle the application fee of Php 500.00. An interview will be arranged via videoconferencing.
3. Successful applicants shall be notified and should request for the assessment of school fees.
4. Settle child’s fees via bank deposit, online/mobile banking, or other transfer services. For those who prefer to pay via credit card, an online invoice with the credit card payment link will be emailed to you.

5. Accomplish the enrollment registration form and upload your proof of payment.
6. Receive an e-certificate of enrollment.
Note: Submit the following documents in person to make child’s enrollment official:
- Original Report Card (F138)
- Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
- 2x2 Photo on White Background
- Photocopy of Baptismal Certificate
- Accomplished Letter of Recommendation (form to be provided by SSA)
- ESC-GASTPE Certificate issued by the school of origin, if applicable
- Legal Guardianship Papers, if applicable
- NCAE results for incoming SHS, if applicable
- Medical Certificate

- Once your child has successfully passed the interview, do settle your child’s school fees via bank deposit, online/mobile banking, or other transfer services.

4. Accomplish the enrollment registration form and upload your proof of payment.
5. Visit the School of Saint Anthony in person and proceed to the Registrar's Office to enlist your child as officially enrolled. Be sure to submit the following as well:
- Original Report Card (SF9)
- Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
- Accomplished Letter of Recommendation (for Grades 1 to 12)
- ESC-GASTPE Certificate issued by the school of origin, if applicable
- Legal Guardianship Papers, if applicable
6. Proceed to the Accounting Office to receive your child’s admission slip and school email account.
