CONTINUING/RETURNING STUDENTS' ONLINE
ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE
Continuing Student:
1. Accomplish the assessment request form and expect to receive an email of your child’s assessment.
2. Settle child’s fees via bank deposit, online/mobile banking, or other transfer services.

3. Accomplish the enrollment registration form and upload your proof of payment.
4. Receive an e-certificate of enrollment.
5. Show e-certificate of enrollment to the Accounting Office to receive an official receipt.
6. Go to the Registrar's Office to enlist as officially enrolled.
Returning Students:
1. Email report card or proof of grades from current school to admissions@schoolofsaintanthony.edu.ph. Subject Line should read RETURNING STUDENT APPLICATION. Wait for the school's email reply before proceeding to step 2.
2. Accomplish the assessment request form. Place continuing student as your student type.
3. Settle fee via bank deposit, online/mobile banking, or other transfer services. Refer to the bank details above (item 2, continuing students.)
4. Accomplish the enrollment registration form and upload your proof of payment. Place continuing student as your status.
5. Receive an e-certificate of enrollment.
6. Show the e-certificate of enrollment to the Accounting Office to receive an official receipt and a school email address.
7. Proceed to the Information Office for email activation.
8. Go to the Registrar's Office to enlist as officially enrolled. Be sure to submit the following as well:
- original report card (F138)
- ESC-GASTPE certificate issued by the school of origin, if applicable.
